Where Inspiration

Meets Innovation

Deerwood Elementary

Support the Deerwood Annual Fund
The Deerwood Annual Fund allows Deerwood Elementary to provide supplemental activities, services and projects that would normally fall outside of the school's operating budget. The Deerwood Annual Fund is in place of more traditional elementary school fundraisers such as candy sales.
Time is significant in the development of a child. Moments matter. Family time matters. Personal resources matter. You’ve talked to us about these things and we agree with you. We’re parents and grandparents too! So, in response to your requests for less selling and more time for kids to be kids, there will be no door-to-door fundraising this year!

Instead, we are asking for contributions through the Humble ISD Education Foundation. No wrapping paper or cookie dough. No 60/40 or 55/45 profit splits where the largest share goes to the vendor. One hundred percent of your gift will benefit Deerwood. You choose the amount and you choose whether it’s a one-time gift or monthly installments.
It is completely up to you. By making your gift through the Foundation, you are ensuring that your gift is tax-deductible.

Humble ISD Wishes: Be an Educators' Wish List Hero
Teachers and other employees often need money for supplies or projects specific to their classrooms or job duties. Consider supporting an educator or other school employee through a donation to their online wish list. You can search for educators by name or listing. Check out what neat ideas they have and forward your favorite projects to your friends. Remember, school counselors and administrators have wish lists too. You get a tax deduction and your child's teacher receives items needed for the classroom. And your your company may match your gift! Ready to pitch in? To see wish lists posted for this campus and make a donation today, click here.

Does your child's teacher not have an online wish list created yet? Send them the link to create one here.

Are you an Humble ISD employee and want to create an online Wish List? Instructions may be found here as a resource for you. Once you are ready to create your wish list or you would like to edit your current wish list, come back to this page and click here to get started.
