Board Members

The Humble ISD Education Foundation directors are recruited from the "cream of the crop" in our community. The board includes representatives from local businesses, corporations, nonprofits and community leaders. A representative of the Humble ISD Board of Trustees and the district Superintendent also act as board members to assure coordination between the Foundation and district goals. Directors serve on a staggered one or three year term and also serve on subcommittees to oversee fundraising, long range planning and development, community relations, and Foundation administration.

For the 2009-2010 term, we are welcoming four new board members: Eileen Bell, Cindy Bonds, Mike Feild, and Margaret Fraissinet. Cheryl Burnett, who previously served on the Advisory Board as the President of the Humble ISD Council of PTAs, has moved to a Director position and Marilyn Mann, current President of the Council of PTAs will serve as on the Advisory Board. Charles Cunningham, Humble ISD Board of Trustee is serving as the appointed school board member to the Foundation board. All of these community leaders have been actively involved in supporting the mission of the Foundation for years and we welcome them as official directors and advisors on the board this year!
